the farmhouse is full of olde-world charm and character with
Inglenook fireplaces, exposed beams and quarry slate floors.
It has been beautifully furnished and guests staying at the farmhouse
will be delighted with all the special home from home comforts.......
The farmhouse has five bedrooms consisting of three double bedrooms,
two twin bedded rooms and there is also a small nursery with cot.
There is a large kitchen come breakfast room, a cosy sitting room,
a study/music room and a large hallway complete with Inglenook fireplace.
There are three bathrooms upstairs and
downstairs there is a shower room with toilet and wash basin.

The fully carpeted sitting room is very cosy with its exposed beamed ceiling,
Inglenook fireplace with woodburner and three comfy sofas adequately seating ten guests.
There is a large colour television linked to the sky satellite and a dvd.
There are also occasional tables and lamps to create a cosy evening atmosphere.
The music and study room is smaller than our sitting room but provides an additional
relaxing area for those seeking peace and quiet or for those wishing to display their musical talents!

The large kitchen come breakfast room with its underfloor heating is
a real home from home treat, with all the conveniences of modern day living.
It is fully fitted featuring warm pine units, a walk in larder,
an American fridge freezer, an AGA range cooker with three ovens,
a microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
There is also a hi-fi system and a colour TV with freeview
for those that are left to do the cooking!
The dining room is a beautifully bright and airy room
with its large bay featuring three small cottage style windows.
There is a large farmhouse style pine table with seating for up to ten guests
creating a wonderful atmosphere to reminisce the days events.....

There are three bedrooms to the front of the farmhouse with cottage style windows
overlooking the terrace and main lawn, with working farm fields beyond
and two bedrooms to the rear of the farmhouse which have windows overlooking the lawn.
The bedrooms are all fully carpeted and tastefully decorated and furnished.
There are bedside lamps by every bed as well as portable radios
and all bedrooms are fully centrally heated.
There are three bathrooms upstairs, one ensuite including a luxurious spa bath,
shower, W.C, washbasin and underfloor heating.....
a second with bath, W.C. and washbasin and also a shower room with W.C. and washbasin.
There is an additional shower room with toilet and wash basin downstairs.

The large summer house is perfectly situated overlooking the lawns
and has the added benefit of the evening sun, making it the perfect venue
at the end of your busy day to sit and watch the world go by..... or if you prefer something
a little more energetic there is a full size table tennis table for our guests use.
There is also a bar-b-que for guests use along with picnic table and chairs to
make the most of the balmy Cornish summer evenings.
There is ample private parking for several cars.
